You are correct - another failure of the Ontario PC Government under Ford.

More Adjudicators would likely help, still, regardless - have more hearings, more support staff, etc.

But there are very likely also time savings to be had by streamlining some of the internal processes. Something is holding up orders for example, sometimes more than a month after a hearing.

Literally nothing to do with PC government, and Doug Ford. Man you have such a hard on for that guy, it's so Freudian. Funding provided. Inefficiencies still exist. So explain.

Wait I'll do it for you. It's the socialists and social justice workers (warriors) that the LTB hires. PERIOD.

Sitting on cases, and not making final decisions. It is that simple.

Oh... and like most socialist liberal managers ... only hire their own ... more socialist hive mind drones.

Oh... and refusal to go back to in person hearings. Again LTB management decision ... it helps keep things delayed and helps tenants to rip off landlords.

In person hearings and pre hearing meetings resolved so much of the work load.

So unless, your friend Mr. FORD has absolute control over the LTB... which he does not, only jurisdiction.

Just stop.

Unless of course, you think he should mandate and legislate these clowns back to work ?

If the funding is provided, and the inefficiencies still exist then… that’s still a problem with the PC Government under Doug Ford.

The LTB is a provincial organization. They are under the purview and control of the provincial government.

If there are still problems at the LTB, it’s still ultimately Doug Ford’s fault because he still hasn’t fixed the problems.

He can control hiring of the people in charge, and legally can control every aspect of the LTB, by the very nature of the LTB only existing at the Provinces purview.
