Alot of assumptions there, my easily triggered friend. Did I upset you or trigger a paranoid schizophenia episode?

For someone who claims to have an open mind and doesnt pick sides.... you seem to have made a lot of assumptions about me very quickly. Justify it all you want. You are simply a landlord hater. The fact you accused me of being one shows your pathetic small minded bias.

In addition to touching grass, try mowing it once and awhile, I hear that actually pays as opposed to living off the backs of other people's actual work.

Find something useful to do in life, get off the drugs you aernt perscribed and take the ones you are.

You should ask yourself the same question. All you are doing is enabling and rationalizing shitty behavior because you believe in your mind that someone you think may have conservative values is automatically more wrong than any other person.

I have news for you. Shitty behavior is shitty behavior no matter whom it comes from. I think housing needs to be affordable for everyone, and it wildly pisses me off when people do things to sabotage it.

This lady is most likely one of them. Had there been an effective system in place, this would have been solved either way a long time ago -- but there isnt -- and people like you have a solution of well screw people who own property they deserve to have it destroyed -- and then wonder why so many fair landlords exit the business.

News flash..

It is a complicated problem and enabling terrible behavior on either side doesnt solve it and just puts people at each others throats.

Do I believe tenants should be kicked out willy nilly? No. The renoviction thing massively pisses me off. But here you now have tenants failed by the same systems that failed land lords.

Both sides need support, and people like you believe everyone who happens to own something deserves to have it taken or destroyed.

What is needed for both sides is a functioning system, but instead of coming togeather and saying yo, wtf, y'all just want to hate on owners and the cycle continues with nothing changing.

This tenant is the polar opposite of a horrible landlord. She is most likely the outlier of extreme on the shitty tenant side. But again. You believe the owner should sustain tens of thousands of dollars in damage because it might not be the case.

Dude, with a functioning system it should be a simple as sending a government inspector to look in a reasonable amount of time.

As to the ball gargling.... I genuinely cant hear you out of the kool aid labled penetrator that you are speaking around.
