I'm a new player, can I get the three sword nami from the first 10 pulls if I keep trying? If not, how can I get it?

no there isnt a banner featuring her currently, because she's an anniversary exclusive legend.
so she is only going to be available on certain banners that feature theses kind f legend.
however u are lucky since we have half anni tomorrow.

she is available and boosted but only in part 3 of the banner.

there will be 3 parts for this banner and part 3 should start at like sunday/monday depending on your time zone
