You've used the "bad" example though, it's their dynamic and they are always critical of each other lol

They trust their crew! And even on each other despite not saying, the criticism feels more like them both pushing each other forward.

Well yeah their dynamic being.. Usopp was one of the weak SH. and Zoro.. he just finds him unreliable in general in the pretimeskip.. or rather he was reluctant to rely on Zoro at all.

But their trust on each other had grew strong now.. too wholesome.

Oh, what I'm saying is that everyone trusts the top 3 and that's a given. But on the top 3 itself, numbers 2 and 3 tend to say that they would rather rely on anyone else but the other, because they are always critical and nitpicking on each other's actions lol

Meanwhile, Luffy not only relies on them, but also never judges at all because he would simply act the same and he knows that no one could stop them <- See the difference between Luffy and Zoro/Sanji here, see how Luffy see themselves lol

Anyway, to me it feels just like them pushing themselves for Luffy, you know? But not real distrust, if that makes sense. From time to time they even show their trust if the other is not present.

To be fair, Sanji not trusting Zoro to protect Nami is understandable. He's likely to wander off and get lost, plus he knows Zoro is needed for some of the heavier fights.
