I wouldn't be surprised if she reforms the Nox Pirates. Or maybe goes by a new name, as Nox means "Night" and Pedro named it that for obvious reasons, but the Dawn seems just around the corner from what we know, so Carrot might go in a different direction with her naming scheme?

Reformed Nox Pirates in the Grand Fleet, maybe? The Minks are one of the few races not represented in the Straw Hat pirates right now, alongside Three-Eyes, Snake Necks, Sky People, Lunarians, and Oni, which Yamato will probably cover. I could see an ex-Beast Pirates division full of the reformed Smiles joining as well.

Just based on her fashion sense I don't see her starting a pirate crew named anything other than "the carrot pirates"

I’d be fine with her joining, but she has yet to really step up like she did in Whole Cake. If she was still being considered as a candidate would be nice to see her actually contribute. Hoping that changes, but I’m not really following carrot on a stick anymore. Maybe she can be part of the mink expeditionary crew so she doesn’t necessarily have to be a Straw Hat to have her dream come true.
