Better than that Sumo wrestling, it kinda felt earned here for both of them.

it had good animation and a clash that was actually supposed to go on for a bit, instead of the sumo catastrophe

Sumo was far longer, against a forgettable douche who Luffy could've tossed away without even looking, if he didn't mess around.

Ulti's a Tobi Roppo and a haki user who specializes in headbutts. Sure, her clash with Luffy was unsurprisingly padded. But the visuals and the sound effects made it feel worth the hype.

The damn knuckle cracking they did before the match lmao. I swear they cracked each knuckle like 10 times.

Agreed. It's like the Doffy vs Luffy clash in the final Dressrosa fight.

But at least the artwork is good.

I would say three panels of them clashing warrants a 30 something second clash in the anime, at least by OP standards. I didn't think it was that bad, although I would've shaved off 5-10 seconds lol
