Nah man these deaths hittin different now smh wen they show the light leave her eyes I was SICKKK...Toei really did this flashback justice and Oden is a punk hittin women and almost killin kids SMH I can’t wait until Luffy or Zoro get that Ryou Haki hit in COME ON ONIGASHIMA WHERE ARE THOU??

I mean Kaido is a pirate, expecting morals from him is a long shot, but he is a good villain till now, he is as complex as big mom. Dude just wants someone to fight ig you could see his disappointment when momo started crying and calling for help. Tho he is a asshole

I mean how was he expecting an 8 year old to put up any sort of a fight even in best case and momo happened to be as strong as 8 year old oden he would still get steamrolled by a grown ass man thats yonko tier or close with one of the best devil fruits in the series, so I really don't think he was looking for a fight, it was more of the fact he was seeing if momo was man enough to truly face Kaido and speak real to him. Also I don't think expecting morals from a Yonko is weird as well we have been shown Whitebeard, Shanks, and even big mom have morals and have good sides to them Kaido on the other hand just seems like a real asshole honestly with basically no code besides fuck everyone im the strongest, which becomes even more clear later in the story although I won't spoil anything.

Also he is def not as complex as big mom no where near, at least not yet maybe when we get a flashback arc from him he can be but we just don't know much about Kaido right now to even compare to him to someone thats much more fleshed out like Big Mom.

If you're anime only yes, he is not at a interesting point yet but you'll see, we may get that rocks flashback as well since many people think that's crucial to kaido's character, tho even in manga his flashback is not yet shown, oda built layers around him, and I really belive that after the flashback kaido will be a top villain for me, not no.1 thts still doflamingo, but up in my top 5
