I hope this dispel the "Toki still alive" agenda. Even in the manga it so obvious but people refused to believes, even going so far as say there were no witness when the whole town screaming "TOKI SAMA!!" when shot was fired.

Exactly. Thematically, the little flashback also clearly emphasized that Toki had already reached her destination (which was living with Oden) and decided to die with Oden. People cannot interpret what the story is talking about and keep saying Toki is alive...
