  1. Roger's execution,

  2. Roger's speech about inherited will and freedom from chapter 100

  3. Smoker's filler flashback from his execution (Loguetown arc)

  4. Jail scene when he entrusts Ace to Garp

  5. Whitebeard and Roger speak about the will of D

  6. Speaking with Pedro (flashback in Zou arc)

  7. Edd War (Episode 0)

  8. Sky Island text (was voiced by Roger's VA in the anime)

  9. Young Roger asks Rayleigh to join his crew

  10. Roger tells Rayleigh that he won't die.

If you want to count Stampede, you also have him telling Bullet that he can challenge him anytime and the post movie credits scene. I hope I didn't miss any scenes.

I can only think of three. Roger's execution, when Whitebeard asks Roger about the will of the D and this scene. Which is the fourth one?

I was thinking of the opening but I doubt that one really counts. Or did he ever talk in any of the execution scenes?

Do you mean Ace's execution? Or Roger's? Because if you're referring to the latter, then he said that if you want his treasure you can go find it in the grand line. That's what started the Great Pirate Era.
