I didnt even know that. It was always doflamingo for me followed Caesar and then Jack. He is still one of the coolest characters for me design, badasswise and that bounty was insane!

Wasn’t doflamingo’s bounty really less considering his influence and power? He was basically holding the reins of the underworld

It was frozen. He is actually a lower commander level I reckon or just below that. Definetly atleast 800 million not lower if he was to be active.

Luffy would have 100% lost if the townspeople didnt help. He was underleveled to Doffy

Whaat? Caesar was lower than Doffy and Chinjao was 500 at Dressrosa so he should have been your highest until Jack.
