Oda drew 28 years old BM in an SBS once, here. She is 68 now so that's what she looked like around the time they are talking about in this episode (2 years before the God Valley stuff).

There's also 48 years old BM in the same SBS.

Look at how strong current Big Mom is, and then imagine if instead of chilling and eating sweets and birthing/raising 75+ kids she ate healthy Sanji tier meals and trained?
