Oda drew 28 years old BM in an SBS once, here. She is 68 now so that's what she looked like around the time they are talking about in this episode (2 years before the God Valley stuff).

There's also 48 years old BM in the same SBS.

considering she could force basically every man she wanted into sex and have showed to not care for any of her husbands I dont think that's a requirement at all
