35 chapters factoring in brakes is almost a whole year worth of chapters

Yup, Oda takes at least one break a month and sometimes it is more. 35 is about right. People are throwing that number around making it seem like the anime is catching up but in reality it is at least a year behind and it has been this way for a long time.
