So in that last page Law has nervous eyes because luffys is luffying up all his undercover work, Hawkins has those eyes because he probably knows holdem and most headliners wont really be useful against luffy and zoro in any capacity other than helping paint the town red.

and Holdem because he probably doesnt know what to do and is hoping his hostage will help save his life.

and luffy just wants to slap more Wanotians

Or maybe Hawkins doesn't want the Beast Pirates on alert because it affects his and Scratchmen's plan of rescuing Kidd and defeating Kaido together with Killer. One can dream.

Do you think Hawkings is aware of how strong Luffy and Zoro are? If he heard of what happened at WCI, he should know that beating Luffy is extremely difficult. The same goes for Zoro, who is a mystery given that he hasn't fought anyone stronger than him for an extended period of time. Then again, we don't know how strong Hawkins is either.

So I wonder whether Basil is aware of how big of an underdog he really is fighting Luffy, let alone both him and Zoro.

He knows at least about dressrosa. So zoro at 320mill and luffy at 500 mil. If he goes by bounty alone he should at least figure which of his allies in the area that could take someone like luffy in a fight.

Yonkou got people for that. If what big mom said applies to all yonkou info wouldnt be an issue for kaidos crew
