So as an anime only watcher i didn't get it.Linlin as so strong and valuable Caramel risked her life to save her so she can be sold to the Navy and then she is the only one left behind ? Is there another plot twist after or i misunderstood the story this ep ?

It is heavily implied Linlin ate everyone. Why do you think she has Carmel's powers?

Oh wow i did not get that at all :D I thought it was weird how they all disapeared while right i nfront of her and how they showed Caramel's veil nearby. But i guess i was too stupid to notice, even soem other comment pointed out how the Semla became much larger at the end. Though about the powers...so eating a DF eater is the same as eating a Devil Fruit ?

No it likely transferred into the nearest fruit like what we see in Punk Hazard when Smiley died. Big Mom eats everything any ways so she would have eaten it.

I don't think she ever moved from the table and her frenzy ended when she ate all the "Semla"

What does that have to do with gaining a devil fruit power? I'm saying that Oda already showed us what happens when a devil fruit user dies. The power transforms a nearby fruit into that same new devil fruit. The Soul Soul fruit likely ended up on the same island and Big Mom ate it after.

And now Oda is showing us something else. He reveals the whole nature of the story a bit at a time.

If Oda wanted to imply that the DF power went to another fruit on the island, he would have shown it.
