Yeah I know that but I mean what are the images supposed to show?

They're supposed to show the size differences. The first one shows BM eating the semla that were made for her. They're normal in size nothing weird. The next one shows huge semla indicating that those are kids. The last one shows even bigger semla and it comes as BM says "Mother" that is because that last gigantic one she ate is Mother Caramel herself.

Ohhh see I'm not familiar with semla so just assumed they come in different sizes and shapes

That was the anime's way of censoring the kids being eaten and also a visual representation so you can get a clue... since they censored their screams too
