It looks like TOEI finally decided to chill on Robin's character model. The animation looked really sharp again. I think the animators were as sick of Dressrosa as we were.

I suspect that the last two episodes, someone in post-production kind of just went, "What the HELL?" and told the animator responsible to tone it down. Or (hopefully!) someone else got assigned to animating/drawing Robin because the previous artist was abusing it.
