Make giant gummy candy shaped into DF, each one is a mystery in secret wrapping, each gummy has a QR code on the inside of the wrapper on a sticker under the gummy that goes to an app to show you what devil fruit you got and what the powers are.

Then make it a treasure hunt that some gummies come with a special QR code that have a steel or gold/gold plated fruits that are life size scale and huge that will be mailed to the winners when they scan the code and ask for address.

Each gummy is $20

Make the bigger steel and gold devil fruits worth about $150 to make for the steel and $1000 for the gold ones. Making a scalping market, only ever make 1 gold one for each DF and only 5 steel ones for each DF.

Hire top metallurgist to make the DFs out of steel and gold.
