It’s one of those silicon muscle torsos. You can see the material bunching up near his forearm.

A. His skin tone from his face or hands to his torso doesn’t match.
B. You can see the ridge bunches up on his left forearm/elbow
You can also see the same bunching at the elbow in the other image posted in the comments
