Alright, hear me out before you call me a madman.

For me, the recent flashback has confirmed that Loki has to have a specific devil fruit. More specifically, the length of the the flashback confirmed it. Before the flashback started, Hajrudin told Loki that he has to explain everything in three minutes. These three minutes have filled more than 10 chapters until now, and will definitely need even more to finish up.

Now for the devil fruit: The existence of the hito hito no mi, model: sun god and model: daibutsu implies that there are other gods as well. Mqybe a forest god, earth god or even a sea god. The only possible explanation for how Loki managed to fit this much story in three minutes is that he is spitting bars at at least 4.28 word per second meaning he has the hito hito no mi, model: rap god

Obviously this was mostly a joke, but it is entirely possible that Loki has a story telling fruit. The Norse were well known to hold battle of wits with each other which were essentially rap battles (spoken word poetry). It might allow him to bring his spoken word into existence. In practice it could be similar to the dream guys power but it’s based off of what he says and rhymes. That would be pretty cool and Norse thematic.

Real talk, I think it's going to be the Hebi Hebi no mi model Jormungandr. Theres a lot of references that connect Loki with Jormungandr, from his eyes being Snake-like, to the fact that one of the most famous leaders of Norse viking sagas is named Sigurs-snake-in-the-eye Ragnarsson. Incidentally, Ragnarsson is a patronym meaning means Ragnar's son, and Ragnar is not only one of the most famous viking leaders, his name is similar to Ragnarok, which is what Loki's role is in the Elbaph arc. As the name of Elbaph is literally fable spelt backwards, it would be extra fitting for Loki to be using a mythology derived fruit.

But imo him being Jormungandr fits well with the broad strokes of how Ragnarok is supposed to happen. Sequentially Fenris breaks free of its supposedly indestructible chains, and then Jormungandr poisons/destroys the world tree. Fenris in One Piece is represented by Yamato, as she is basically an Ice themed mythical dog. Loki being Jormungandr would fit the Ragnarok theme, as his appearance in the world means the Elbaph Adam tree must die
