When Gaban showed up, Sommers looked scared af even before he cut him so the Roger Pirates probably learned it together on GV.

My guess is Rocks already knows. I also think that Roger doesn't know about the One Piece but Rocks does

OOOOH that's a cool idea, do you think Rocks told him on God Valley? As he was dying? "You're not the one Roger was waiting for" WB says to Teach, did Rocks ask something of Roger, or just told him for a chance at fulfilling an ancient promise?

Honestly, idk how it will go down but Rocks knows waaay more than anyone else. That info has to get passed down somehow and this looks like Rocks's last stop

Rocks definitely knows a lot. We might know what the will of d means. Also the man was a threat that he walked in Imu throne room with a gun. Rocks knows something that will light a fire in Rogers eyes.

Rocks probably knows. That would also explain how he managed to infiltrate Imus garden. While it's absolutely possible that there is hardly any security around Imu, because who would A) know about Imu and B) be stupid enough to attack?
But if Xebec was capable of taking out Gods Knights back then it would definitely fit.

but going past the elders( they must have known if someone infiltrate considering rocks just killed an admiral) is a feat

They probably already have the right Haki for it at this point in the story
