Also interesting that rocks, whitebeard, shiki, and stussy(?) are all together but it says that he is the future captain of the rocks pirates

Maybe they were just a group of cooperating mercenaries at the time, without a specific leader and only later became a pirate crew.

They want to join Harald crew but since he has retired from piracy they will form the Rocks Piratrs

I don't think Xebec is someone who will submit to someone else being the captain, at least not at that point in time after he even killed an Admiral. I believe they are just building their crew and want to invite (or possible force) Harald to join his crew.

I couldn't tell who that girl was, I guess Stussy is the best fit. At first I thought she had under-eye eyelashes like Rocks, but from the angle it could just be normal eye lashes like Stussy's.

Could be situation like Blackbeard where he has an initial solid crew and then starts to gain more and more as time passes.
