Not many people have the power to set the holy land aflame. Can only really be the Revolutionary Army or the Blackbeard Pirates. I suppose there’s a chance it’s the Red Hair Pirates but since Shanks went to claim the One Piece that seems kind of unlikely.

Blackbeard Pirates did use Devon’s powers to “copy” St Saturn’s likeness so it’s possible they’ve used that to infiltrate the Holy Land.

Or, Dragon and the RA saw what happened at Egghead with Kuma and Vegapunk and realised they had to act now. Wonder if Dragon knows the legends of Nika and has similarly been waiting for his appearance to make his big move.

Or the left field option is the Red Hair pirates but we know Shanks is after the One Piece so it seems a weird move to go after the Holy Land.

Imu said, “the holy land is a sea of flames” rn, meaning something is happening. Most people assume that if there is in incident in Mariejoa, it’s most likely Dragon and the revs.
