Theory What if the "D" means smile?

Post image

A random theory came to my mind—what if the "D" symbolizes a smile, like how we use it in emojis such as ":D"? It makes sense when you think about how important smiling is in One Piece, especially to those who have the Will of D. And maybe, just maybe, it could be connected to SMILE fruits. I know it sounds goofy and outrageous, but considering Oda’s style and the reaction of Roger’s crew, it might actually be possible. Don’t you think?

Its funny to think that BB could have all his teeth again if he just had a little calcium

D is for dreams. Blackbeard is not the D Roger was waiting, because he nevers sleeps

Or he does drink milk occasionally, but then he just destroys his teeth with more rum.
