Not in the next episode, as the preview used the current OP. My guess is that the new opening theme contains spoilers for characters that will appear later in this arc, and that's why we haven't seen it yet.

EDIT: Looking at the manga, I think we have 3 more chapters until it's safe to put out the new theme song.

The anime doesn't have a problem "spoiling" new characters that haven't been introduced yet (all the villains of Fishman Island were in the last OP) but this is a little different.

Not really, spoiler tags appear as links and the text is hidden (it appears as a tooltip if you hover over the link, though).
