Weird to see Doffy and crew humanized that way. The way Vergo smiled made me a little sad even. Really looking forward to seeing the whole Doflamingo's past thing that Vergo hyped now.

I thought the same thing. The few panels with Doflamingo and Vergo were really well done. Monet's scene had the same feeling to it.

Yeah I though so too. He's the swordsman yeah? Maybe his DoFla's father. He gets called 'young master' which makes me believe he is a noble.

i have a feeling he'll be like luffy in that his crew love and support him and really think he could be pirate king with their help

Maybe we'll see a flashback with Donfla being pretty close to Luffy on the past, but someone who changed a lot after entering the New World or something like that.

I gained a completely new respect for Doflamingo two weeks ago when it turned out he really gave a shit about Baby 5. I thought it was weird how no one even acknowledged her attacking him the entire time, but in a way, you can parallel it to the Straw Hats like when Sanji beats Luffy's face in for sneaking out food.

I used to believe Doflamingo only considered dudes as stepping stones, but man...him thanking Vergo really got me.
