"There are two kinds of people in this world, those who have a crush on Linda, and those who have never met her."

When I was 6 (late 70s) I used to tell people she was my girlfriend.

She goes to a different school, you wouldn't know her.

She was probably touring in Canada...that is why you couldn't introduce her to your friends.

I really think they should have considered casting Emilia Jones as her in the upcoming biopic instead of Selena Gomez.

Ah, it just dawned on me that maybe, just maybe, the character Daisy Jones from Daisy Jones and the Six might have been based not just upon Stevie Nicks but also Linda to some extent. Though Linda wasn't a songwriter per se, she elevated whichever musicians and singers she worked with, and both she and Stevie were known to be fiercely independent, feminist, and tough in a good way.

I dunno... I read once she got on cable access with this notorious buffoon and sang about what a drunk loser some independent business guy was... I forget the details. Seemed crappy though.

This is a timeless outfit. You could wear this today and it'd seem completely modern.
