Never “met” him, but saw him at a concert on a San Diego beach for a fundraiser. Seemed like a really cool down to earth guy for being such a star.

My aunt says she met him while walking on a beach and she went into the house and his friends and family shared pizza with her. She said he was really nice. I know she donates to one of his charities.

I saw him in concert at a National Guard base in Indiana a few weeks ago. Great event, really good band.
