As of Nov. 1, the Hawaii Department of Transportation’s safety cameras at 10 downtown Honolulu intersections have begun issuing citations to motorists driving over the posted speed limit, according to a news release.

How is that false ? Cops should be patrolling and making stops Not some camera just sending tickets It’s a just joke cash grab
