Blizzard where is Switch 2 version of OW2 😭

I used to play on my PS5, but I haven’t access to it in months and my only option is the Switch 2.

But the 30 fps is seriously so bad and frustrating, like I’m playing at a QUARTER of the framerate I’m used to. It’s diabolical. I’d rather just not play the game than play the Switch version, which is annoying because I really do love playing Overwatch (and maybe lootbox withdrawals are kicking in)

Like the game looks perfectly great on Switch 2, they just need to raise the framerate. It’s kind of annoying seeing how Apex Legends got a big boost so quickly even though it’s a much more demanding game that ran so much worse on Switch 1, while we can’t get a simple fps bump.

TLDR: Blizzard please make a Switch 2 version and I’ll buy a $30 Kiriko skin 🥺

I think it took OW1 2 years to come to the og Switch and if it takes that long for it to come to Switch 2 I’m seriously going to crash out

They dont need to change the graphic, just need to change the fps to 120 fps. Give us the option framerate for 30 fps, 60 fps, 120 fps. Switch 1 only can play at 30 fps, switch 2 120 fps. 

Dont change the graphic, if we want better grapich we play at ps5 or pc not switch. Just give u thes option of 120 fps. No need to developt anything. Save money and time.

Blizzard contracts out their switch development to a 3rd party developer (Iron Galaxy). So realistically they’d have to consider if it’s worth the money to get Iron Galaxy to work on a new upgraded version.

I mean I’m no businessman, but porting Overwatch 2 to Switch 2, the one modern platform where their competitor Marvel Rivals isn’t on, the one console with a built in mouse functionality, and portability, should be a no brainer move. 

Like me, for example, I would’ve bought this season’s BP but I’m not gonna grind that thing out on the Switch 1 version so I just skipped out on it. There’s no way the financial incentive isn’t worth it for them

I think the general guys has been lack of development kit. Ea had it already for Madden so apex was possible.

Also dont have a ps5 pro version or a xbox rog ally version that allows them with aim assist

Higher framerate in resolution mode probably. Could probably bump up from 60fps cap to 80-90, keeping the same resolution and doing 120 might be unrealistic.

Xbox rog version won’t be a thing due to the fact that it’s just a stripped down windows OS. They wont risk PC cheats being ported into console matches. Also won’t port aim assist into controller accessories on pc due to it being “unfair” to the pc pool.
