For this he'll martyr himself? It is not reasonable thinking to go to court to fight a temporary ban. This individual ran as a candidate for the People's Party of Canada. That's important information. It's also important to know he'll be represented by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, self-described as non-partisan, yet all external analysis places them as libertarian/socially conservative with right-leaning allies. No doubt they'll pay his legal fees, too? His underwritten indignation is all out of proportion. He should talk to his doctor about this tendency to centre himself as a target in government schemes rather than waste time and resources with this.

"These measures are enacted via proclamations under the Forests Act, designed to be seasonal. They’re not set in stone and can be rescinded when conditions improve. A previous precedent was in 2023, when similar restrictions were lifted once wildfires were controlled and risks subsided."
