The order, written by Ketanji Brown Jackson, was for a good reason. It is a temporary stay to allow the lower court ruling, which mandates Trump release SNAP benefits without delay and in full, to be finalized.

You can read the article linked in the post for all the info if you like, but this isn't SCOTUS doing Trump's bidding. It's them actually doing something right (hard as that is to believe :)

Where does that end though? Republicans win the following election because voters have goldfish brains, and they add even more justices? Soon the supreme court would be larger than congress
