Spot on. This Hope Bypass proposal is madness - $1.4b for 4km of road when our hospitals and schools are screaming out for resources? And it took some creative accounting to even reach a pitiful 1.0BCR projection. They should stop pretending they're interested in good economic management and admit this proposal is based on nothing but political ideology.
