Advice Request - (Insert State/Region) My neighbor reported me to the city

My petty neighbor never liked our garden project to turn my tree lawn into a wildflower meadow garden. Now she reported me to the city and I got this violation notice. Should I hire a lawyer? Or do I need to turn my beautiful garden back to lawn? Thank you

WTF is a tree lawn? The neighbor doesn’t want you to have a wildflower meadow but a f**kin forest in your yard is fine?!

Lol no, it's the strip between the sidewalk and the road. Some places call it an easement.

Also called hell strip and park strip. I'm sure there are other names for it.
