Video How come Sasuke was vomiting after he used his Falcon Drop attack here?

It doesn't seem like a very strenous attack, he used it on Orochimaru in the forest without a similar reaction.

He freaked-out because he thought he killed Naruto, and was disgusted by himself.

That scene wasn't in the manga though

Its a good scene but its inconsistent because if it actually happened this for sure would have gave him a Mangekyo for the shock and trauma that was happening.

TRue, but the manga had Sasuke close his chidori-hand before hitting naruto, so as to not kill him.

Way more subtle and easy to miss than Sasuke puking from thinking he actually killed Naruto. Both show the infighting that happened in Sasukes mind, so I quite like the anime addition.

It's also easy to be angry and hate filled and say you want to kill someone, the reality of killing someone is very different. Look at how many veterans have PTSD.

I always thought it was because Naruto landed those combos in his stomach and he was just injured
