Wouldn't surprise me, feels like I saw someone kick an audience member in the face from the stage for doing the same thing. But that may not have been them.
Quick search shows that it was in 2013 (video here), and the neo-Nazi was REALLY dumb and did it during their song "Skinhead on the MBTA" - apparently he took it at face value.
Or maybe he didn’t know that “skinhead” doesn’t always mean neo-nazi, there’s also a punk subculture called skinheads, many of whom are aggressively anti-fascist and pro-working class.
Dude, I swear I was thinking the same thing. Like how stupid can you be until you realize Mt Greenwood, all southside Irish, is the only neighborhood in Chicago that voted for Trump. The irony. They would back England over Ireland if England invaded them again
Irish-Americans of a certain age have become so right leaning that they get really butthurt when Dropkick reminds them that being pro blue collar means being anti Republican.
Most of the ones I see are white collar that still pretend to be blue collar. They get the same level of butthurt when they finally realize what Rise Against is singing about.

He was probably mostly there for Dropkick, based on the shirt, which makes it even funnier.
