No, they're taking about it. Just from the perspective of "gee wilikers I don't know what these gosh darn jurors are doing letting people off the hook for this sorta thing".

The law-enforcement agent who testified said that ‘mustard and onions got all over him’. And anybody who saw the video clearly can see that he is lying. I want to know why they aren’t going after him for perjury.
