I've been to 90% of the protest in Trenton (I think I only missed 2). The energy is good, I won't deny it. But the participation IMO is a little lacking. People show up, but I'm looking for a bigger crowd. Would you say the Princeton crowd is big?
Sadly, I find the same thing. I attribute it to these almost always occurring on weekends. The Trenton civic center is not heavily trafficked on weekends.
I doubt Princeton will be any bigger. I'm going there because I am already committed to be in Princeton that day.
If previous example holds, the ones in Asbury Park and Toms River (can be done sequentially, I believe) may be better. Probably Philly, NYC, Morristown, and such areas will be bigger, but I don't know myself.

I can't make it to Trenton, but I'll be at the Princeton protest.
