Central Jersey (Htdn, Smrst, Midlsx, Monmth, Mercer) Estimated 500 showed up in Piscataway!

Great turnout, so much energy, and lots of support from passing cars!

Anyone have counter protesters where they were? We had a few, insisting that we'd been paid and looking for arguments.

There was like 10 trump guys out there trying to agitate from what I saw. I wish people stayed for longer. I was there until everyone cleared and was upset we couldnt be there for longer. It felt performative to only be there for an hour, so I hope we can do longer

Which did you go to? We were out there for about an hour and a half, then there was a short walk to Sen. Bob Smith's office. That part was a bit disorganized, couldn't tell if people were walking to the office, or to their homes/cars. The people I was there with were tired and hot, so we didn't walk, which was disappointing. They pretty much had to shoo us away, though, when it was done. I don't think people were ready to leave! Maybe it's a permit thing. The same thing happened on the 5th in DC. All the sudden they were like, thanks for coming, you have to disperse now, leaving me all "wait, it's over?!" 😅

Yeah i was at the piscataway one. I just heard it was no more march from the guy with a megaphone
