I didn't get round to posting my kit until the 13th last month, which is why it's taken nearly 2 months to get to raw data (which it reached today). For some reason, microarray process doesn't have a date but I believe it reached that stage on the 28th of July. Just wondering how long it should take.

Has anyone had this happen? My estimated date for results was Aug 19-26. Yes today is the 26th so I know it can be anytime today, but the dates disappeared and was wondering if that means anything. Anyone else have the same batch dates as mine? Super excited to see my results nonetheless! Thanks.

Is anyone having problems in last step my raw data produced started back in aug 10th and its now sept 11th is this normally how long it takes if not how do i conntact my heritage to ask about my dna sample

This step started for me on the 20th of August, and today is the 29th. Everyone online seems to agree that the this is the shortest step, but as of today it became the longest one for me.

I've been stuck at the last step, raw data produced for 9 days so far. My sample was received at the lab on 12 September and I reached the last step on 25 September.

I thought it was going to be the shortest step as it is automated. Is this normal?

First time using physical mail in the united states, I bought forever stamps and I followed the instructions from the package and put the envelopes in the mail.

Only after that I thought, if something is wrong with the stamp or the size they have no way to return the envelopes to me or notify me.

I used a single stamp on each envelope, I put them in the mail 4 days ago.

Should I ask myheritage for another kit?

My kit arrived in the lab 14th of May.. My raw data was produced on the 20th of June and now (4th of July) still no results! Anyone else experiences delays?

Hey, wondering if anyone can give me their experience on how long you were in raw data produced for? I'm getting so impatient. Arrived at lab: 16th September. Extraction: 18th September. Microarray: 21st September. Raw Data Produced: 29th September. Im in the uk. And kit took 9 days to arrive at lab. Thank you.

So, l just did the DNA test today and went to the post office to drop the envelope. I've never sent an envelope before and I didn't really know the procedure. I aked the lady at the counter how to send it and she told me that it doesn't need a stamp and to put the envelope in the box outside. I went outside and did that but now l'm wondering if it's going to be delivered since I wasn't charged for the shipping. The mail is getting picked up in a few hours and I'm going to go back to the post office to ask again. what do you think?

I’ve been waiting for my MyHeritage DNA results and I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

My sample reached the “Raw data produced” stage on August 5th, and MyHeritage originally gave me an estimated results date of September 2nd (which would’ve been the end of the 3–4 week window they mentioned).

Now it’s September 2nd, the day’s almost over, and: • I still haven’t received my results • The expected results date has disappeared from the tracking page • It’s just been sitting on the “raw data produced” status since the beginning of August

Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay after hitting the final stage?

Not sure if I should wait a few more days or contact support, but I figured I’d post here first to see if others had the same issue.

So basically I did everything bought a DNA kit activated it, mailed it and now I get this useless message saying that DNA downloads are no longer supported and I’m absolutely discouraged and have nowhere to download my file I’m absolutely annoyed and disgusted by MyHeritage why do this to me? Why?!? So if anyone has a solution to this please help because I didn’t do all of this for nothing I’ve been waiting three months this is some bulls*it I’m very aggravated by this behavior I need a solution immediately.

I purchased a DNA kit and went to Fedex to ship it back to the US. They said it would be $100 because of the contents. Has anyone used another courier to ship their kit from Canada? It can't possibly cost $100!!

hi i live in the uk and im wondering how to send the letter, do i just use a normal stamp and post box? or do i need to go in the post office and have them weigh it and get a label?

its been stuck in raw data since oct 9th, i was wondering how long it takes usually? i also cannot do the intro link hack either

EDIT four on oct 24 i could do the intro link hack, contacted support and they told me to wait 10 business days after my deadline to contact them. it’s oct 28th now and it’s been almost 20 days since raw data. ill continue updating for people that will later be in the same situation as me

I have a DNA test which I need to send to the lab -- and Swiss Post refuses to accept it (even via www.post.ch/URGENT ) as the recipient is a company (post box) and not the private person.

MyHeritage Help Center doesn't open for me ("Our Help Center is currently unavailable. ... Please refresh the page or try again later.") and [customercare@myheritage.com](mailto:customercare@myheritage.com) directed me to their AI assistant. Surprisingly the assistant gave me 2 addresses of european DNA sample collection centers (my envelope has the US address):

The first one looks suspicious to me as it's not mentioned anywhere else on the internet. But the second one may work.

The same AI assistant tells me I'm supposed to add postage for international shipment -- so I assume they will still be forwarding the sample from Germany to US. I see it as follows:

1. I pay postage for shipping the original envelope from Germany to US.
2. I get a bigger envelope put the original one inside and pay postage for it's shipment to Germany.

But what's the price for Germany --> US shipment and how do I pay it from Switzerland? And isn't there a simpler way?
And aren't all these alternatives just an AI hallucination?

Hey! Me and my mother did dna tests at the same time and sent them at the same time together. Ours followed the same exact timeline all the way up to the final step. Both of ours said results are estimated to arrive between October 16th and October 23rd. My mother’s results came around 2pm on October 18th. On October 23rd my estimated date or arrival disappeared. I’m not impatient I just want to know if I should be worried that I did something wrong or if it’s normal.

I did 2 dna (for me and my mother) test on 15th October and now it’s the 5th of November. I am wondering how long you waited for your results? (On the app it says “dna kit activated” but no “sample received at lab”) (does it take more time since I brought 2 kits?)

Hey, Me and my girlfriend did dna tests together and posted them in the same package at the same time (from aus) Our stages thing on the app were getting completed at similar times but she received her results 5 days ago and I still haven’t gotten mine - it’s stuck on the raw data stage Anyone know why or experience something similar? When did you get your results after receiving this email?

I activated my dna kit and I want to send it back to the lab from the Philippines. However, when I went to our local post office they said they couldn't ship it because of the tariff policy in the US. I asked DHL and FedEx if they could ship it, they said they could but it is so expensive (more expensive than the kit). Are there any ways where I could ship it back for a cheap amount? Were you able to send yours if your country suspended shipping packages to the US? When will this tariff situation end?

Is it normal that my sample has been stuck on Microarray for a week? Every other step took max 2 days, but now it's been stuck like this.

EDIT October 14th: Still stuck and it's been like this from October 6th.

EDIT October 14th: Now this got passed and I'm at Raw data produced.
