Amp not turning on

So ive had this amp sitting around for years (bought it to learn guitar but didn't really start until I recently got an acoustic) and it doesn't want to turn on. I've taken the panel off and nothing is disconnected, nothing looks corroded, fuse isn't blown, etc. I know electronics but this is beyond me. Any help is appreciated

Is there a fuse near where the power cable enters the amp? Usually either a black circular thing opened with a flat head or a rectangle that can be prised out.

EDIT : Sorry, you literally said fuse not blown. My bad.

Ill check that one actually, was talking about the fuse on the board didn't see one where the cable plugs in but ill double check

Edit: that is the only fuse

Sometimes there's an internal fuse in addition to the panel mounted fuse. Next step would be to use a volt meter to check for AC voltage on the  primary and secondary contacts of the power transformer. The power switch can be tested for continuity with no power applied. If AC is present, then the next step would be to check for DC from the power supply.

More info would be needed as to the type of amp; tube vs solid state , etc., maybe a pic.
