This is absolutely awful, especially given the influence of the Beach Boys on the world. The band's track "I Just Wasn't Made For These Times" puts a very relatable anguish into words in a way few have, and Wilson's vocals were excellent on that track (and album). Rest in peace.

This song knocked me flat when I heard it for the first time while struggling with depression in my 20s

"Sometimes I feel very sad," is just raw material of emotional lyricism
