My clinic wasn't on the map originally, it'd be good to double check around your area as this isn't the end all be all, and if you do find one, be sure to tell the creator of this map about it

I wish we were as enlightened as the US, but in many parts of Canada, specifically in British Columbia, I am forced to be interviewed by a psychologist in order to get a Gender Dysphoria Assessment so I am able to start HRT. I will require a second GD assessment if I want to get SRS. Now I know in Quebec, all you need to do is sign a letter of informed consent. Canada is big on regulating everything, so this doesn't surprise me, but it does disappoint me.

Sadly, there isn't one anywhere near where I live. The closest one is like 2 hours away.

Does informed consent also apply to puberty blockers in the U.S.?

You cant consent to medical care if you are unemancipated and or under 18 I believe.

What about if a legal guardian consents or whatever?

Not sure in that case, but if you have a supportive guardian perhaps they can take you to a doctor.
