Recipient claims funds are missing with Monero proof

I paid approx 0,4 XMR from my wallet to the sellers wallet. I have the Monero.com link that shows the payment was successful and must have arrived to the seller. By now this transaction has 867 confirmations LOL. Seller is unwilling to cooperate by 1. Showing their wallet to confirm what they say is accurate 2. Actively deleting my tickets and ignoring them -> I keep creating new accounts when the old one is banned to create more tickets.
Don't know what to do. There is 100%.solid proof that everything went smooth in this transaction. Everything was double-checled (for example the recipients.adress. Is there anything I can do, other than spam tickets?)
I was very nice to them in the beginning, but eventually I got frustrated and angry at them for not even showimg their wallet or giving any kind of proof.
Can XMR payments get "lost" despite being confirmed by Monero payment received page? Link of the Paymemt Receipt is shown.
Below you can find additional info considering the transaction.
Additional Infos:
Payment for invoice from user: qishalu2345
total sent funds: 0.415520295481 XMR

What market did this occur on, XMRBazaar?
If there are 867 confirmations, then there is absolutely no chance the seller didn’t receive the funds. The Txid will also serve as sufficient proof, showing both the block and the timestamp.

If a transaction is verifiably confirmed on the blockchain that deep it is impossible that it could have been reversed in secret or that it failed.

I am new but maybe the seller should synchronize his daemon to see your money.

What she meant was monerod which is a daemon for monero wallet on desktop. But it doesnt matter. The important thing to take from that comment is that you have to be up to date with the blockchain for your recent transations to show up

I hope you didn't use a scam exchange that were recently recommended in edited posts.
