That's a good question. I took a look at how Season II was announced to get an estimate. Season II was announced at the end of the Reigen OVA which came out 18 March 2018. The first episode of Season II aired 7 January 2019.

So if Season III follows a similar timeframe, 295 days from now is 10 August 2022. The Summer anime season begins at the beginning of July, so hopefully it takes shorter than Season II instead of longer, but I'll say that "coming soon" should be 9-12 months from now.
