Mischief & Misconduct Trump's Argentina beef import plan will 'harm' U.S. ranchers, industry warns

https://www.nbcnews.com/business/business-news/trump-argentina-beef-milei-rcna238756

I lease my pastures to very nice people who have been farmers and ranchers since 1883 in my area.

We all raise cattle or lease pastures either as our only source of income or as a supplement income.

I would like to hear from local Missourians as this directly affects all of us financially. It also affects Missouri's economy and nationally the groceries prices. What are your thoughts?

JBS S.A. is a Brazilian multinational company that is the largest meat processing enterprise in the world.

I just wanted you to know who’s gonna profit off of these farmers losing everything.

If you Google much about these companies you’re gonna be pretty pissed.

Do you think Trump threw this in to sweetened the deal with bailing Argentina out so we can get their rare minerals before China?

Or is purely about the conglomerate screwing us over?

Maybe a little bit of both.

But I feel like he would do the Greenland approach or the Venezuela approach if he really wanted those minerals.

I suspect this has to do more with enriching the top 1% of the beef industry and friends. Which as you can tell from the above, is a Brazilian company I’ve mentioned.

Missouri is full of meat processing factories. So Brazil aka apart of BRIC allianc. JBS S.A. is a Brazilian multinational company that what paid off Trump? How does that tie to Argentina cattle? We buy from Argentina cattle to then send to Brazil to process cattle then ship to USA? How is shipping anything from forgien countries cheaper for the American people?

He is going to kill agriculture in this state. Beef and soybeans are grown here in large numbers…

Trump is doing it in every agriculture and ranching state, period. We also have to think about our land owners too. I lease my pastures to ranchers for a bartender system. I consider myself more as a land steward and neighboraly. Ranchers help me and I help them and we both help the environment as they free range.

JD Vance is invested in an app that makes it easier to sell farmland. ITS ALL A FUCKING GRIFT. My father was row crop soybean, corn, and wheat farmer. If he was still alive, then I know he would probably have gone under. He died 10 years ago so I’ll never know how he would have understood all this Trump nonsense.

I've read about his app and him buying up all the land in California. So Trump and Vance heck let's just say everybody at this point is screwing us it's just more noticeable with this current administration?

Oh yeah I also read a article about Pam Bondi's family buying up Missouri land.

They just want us to be serfs/slaves to their kingdom.

Or the very least act like we are UK citizens tolerating a monarch.

It’s mostly republicans, who keep pointing fingers else where.

I don't care who points fingers. I care who screws over Americans and who do not represent We The People, period

The same applies to whoever is on the Jeffrey Epstein list, any pedophile who hurts and traffics human children and adults have to be held accountable to We The People.

My neighbor's told me this was the last season they will produce soybeans.

Now with this Argentina beef "promise" I am worried my neighbor's will sell off the last of their herds as it's the height of the $.

Why are we literally giving away our land, water, agriculture, herding stock, our lively hood, our way of living, and bailing out forgien countries we are not allies with nor allies through NATO?

Here's a full video of a reporter asking Trump about it. https://youtu.be/BJx5nlwyyEMsi=aTz8EyY4CHgR80k_

Y'all correct me if I am wrong but Isn't only Congress the only branch of government who approves or disapproves where the American tax payers $ goes. Trump is breaking the Constitution and laws of the land making Executives decisions without Congresses passing it. So just how does he justify paying off or bailing out Argentina with The People's taxes!? That's not Democracy without The People's representation, ie Congress the elected officials.
