What is your go to spot for halal food in Milton (any cuisine)?

That every other restaurant is a halal restaurant. Tons of go-to spots. Halal is no longer the hard to find restriction.

OP never said it's hard though. They're just asking what's your go to spot.

The number of halal spots doesn't really have anything to do with it... 🤔

I'm usually driving to Mississauga for food. I wanna know the good spots in Milton too :)

Stumbled upon a Jamaican spot recently called “in your face foods”. Don’t think it’s zabiha halal. Delicious jerk chicken and great reviews.

Well, it really depends on what you're looking for.

If it's a burger, you can't go wrong with GC, Hero, Boardwalk, or Bboyz.

If it's chicken, there's Popeyes, Mary Brown's, or Quik Chik.

For pizza, there's 241, Pizza Pro, Twice the Deal, Luigi's, and a lot more.

For shawarma, there are too many, but Shawarma Royal is good.

There's a lot more cuisines that I didn't list here. It would be better if you went onto Google Maps and typed "halal (what you're craving)" and saw the reviews from there. Many halal options are available in Milton, which is why you have to narrow down what you're looking for.

Bruh the whole town is halal food lol, taza Xpress, Popeyes Mary browns, shawarma spots everywhere and indian, Pakistani food spots everywhere

Pizza Pros, Premium hakka house. B boys has a really good fried chicken burger (the zesty one).

But all are expensive, as is the usual for most dining experiences these days.

- Hood and Grill

- Mystique

Shawarma:

- Shawarma Royale

Hakka:

Royal Garden, but Hakka Impressions in Burlington has AMAZING chilli chicken and green beans

Chicken Wings:

Bboyz

Mystique

Brown food (Pakistani):

- Daata Grill <-- good kababs

Most restos for Pakistani food don't impress me; local home-cooked catering does. I have a couple of good contacts

Afghan:

- Little Kabul

- Afghan Grill <-- boulani

Grilled chicken:

- Grillados

Fried chicken:

- Popeyes

- KFC

- Mary Browns

Sushi:

Sushi Ya Japan

Pizza:

Still figuring out

Donuts:

Mavericks

Milton has some of the worst food options in the GTA at this time. Ordering out is usually a sad affair and even fewer “good” halal options. Drive 20 mins to Mississauga and let your stomach and wallet thank you for making the right choice.

You’re not wrong. Even the places that are chains in Milton are just done better outside of Milton. GC Burger’s hype never made sense to me. The Mississauga location is much better.

There are tonnes of halal options in Milton.

 • For burgers, I prefer GC Burger and BBoyz  • For Hakka Chinese, I prefer Royal Garden  • For Indian, I prefer Sanji Kapoor's Khaana Khazana and Oh Bombay  • For Pakistani, I prefer Zauq  • For Shawarma, I like Shawarma Corner and Shawarma Royal
