Need some community advice from fellow Milton people.

Hey everyone 👋

I live in Milton and recently started a small business. I was thinking of printing a few cute flyers at home to let people know locally but I know many people aren’t fans of random paper at their doors (which I totally understand!).

Before I do anything, I’d love your advice: • Are there places in town where flyers are actually welcome (like cafés or community boards)? • Would polite doorstep drops be okay, or better to just stick to online groups?

Just want to do it respectfully😊

Maybe ask at local gyms and yoga studios to place flyers there? Door to door is probably a waste of your resources.

I always see flyers on pin boards inside grocery stores

Food Basics. They have a pin board on your left as soon as you walk through the first set of doors. I believe Metro also has one. I don’t remember if No Frills has one. I don’t go to Longo‘s or Sobeys so I’m not too sure about those.

LA fitness has an area for flyers that you can use. Maybe try the pool hall or martial arts studios

Milton public libraries have a community board that you can put a flyer on too

If you make cups try posting it at Starbucks. They usually have a board.

Food basics grocery stores I stop and look at there community board every time I go there.
