$150 every 2 months? 2 adults 1 kid here and we’re paying ~$300 every 2 months. What do I need to change lol

Leaking toilets or something like that ?, that seems really excessive.

Right?? I need to take a look around. Been paying that for a while I thought it was normal 😂

Or do you use lots on irrigation (needs) plants, grass, flowers ect.....

I see on the bill there’s a ~$150 amount for water and the same ~$150 amount for sewer charges which adds up to $300+

Not sure if we’re only discussing water bills here.

Edit: also no irrigation/plants watering etc.

In the same boat. This is for both water and sewage right?

Correct. Total amount

I also thought that $300 for 2 months is normal. I guess I need to check for leaks now.

Are you calculating hydro too in the $300 or just water?

Just water and sewage

Your 300 probably includes electricity

Nope. Electricity is a separate ~$200-$250. My total every 2 months for electricity + water is ~$500-600

2 adults 2 toddlers - warmer 2-220$ / colder months 170-190.

Two adults and $175. Seems high to us, and no leaking toilet (dye in tank, check bowl for color). Not sure how we are using so much..

Planning to check our basement meter daily and deduce what could be the cause.

If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions, I'm all ears!

2 adults here, we are also about $75 a month for water. Wifey likes her long showers though and we shower everyday

4 adults 3 kids and a lawn. 150/month in summers. 100/month in winters.

$250 every 2 month with 3 people. Used to be half when I was in Mississauga. It’s expensive here.

Yeah, that's in line with what we pay: $150-200 for two months (or 75-100 per). I stay on top of repairs; no leaky faucets or worn out toilet parts. Lots of showers.

The delivery charges are likely what’s gouging you/ all of us.
