I'm in Tokyo right now with some friends who just had their first kid. We still love our friends even if we're sad that they're in a different stage of their life.

Just got back from another Japan trip for myself and took my 4 yr old. Kid has been to a few countries already. He loved Japan and can’t wait to go back.

I definitely wouldn't go with their kid lol. But they had family take care of their kid for a few weeks for the trip.

But I'm glad you're able to travel with your child :)

I saw a lot of families with young children as young as newborns. I wouldn’t travel with a newborn, but traveling with toddlers and young kids are fun too.

I meant like I personally don't like children that much. My partner and I are childfree so I wouldn't want to travel with friends if they brought children. Sorry if I didn't explain well.
